So you can feel confident in helping all children communicate...
Have a clear plan from the start
Be supported as you record communication observations and be guided to select achievable goals for the child. Within 5 minutes, you'll have a communication summary, tailored communication strategies, goals and recommendations around who else to involve to help the child take their next step.
Start helping a child straight away
Have the know-how to help their communication thrive.
The toolkit will suggest up to eight strategies that match the child. Learn the first one through a snappy 2-3 minute audio or video session. Then dive straight in with the child that day! No waiting for external supports.
Easy to access, easy to use
Simple layouts. Information is pulled together in an easy-to-manage child profile. Printable summaries allow you to share information with your team and the families so you can support children together.
Enjoy paced and practical learning
Information is shared through text, snappy videos and audio clips because learning happens best when it is delivered in a way that suits you. Examples are all set in the Early Learning environment. Slow and steady is recommended so that you can embed what you learn bit by bit.
The opportunity to check in
Know that you have a Speech Pathologist on hand if a question pops up!
In the Nurture toolkit, you'll have access to all of the above PLUS live Q&A sessions with a Speech Pathologist
and extra ideas for using communication strategies in a variety of play experiences.

No. All information is stored securely and most privacy policies of services allow for the use of technology to support children's learning. Chat Play Fly speech pathologists will not be directly observing children and we ask that educators keep children's details confidential in Q+A sessions.
In saying this, we encourage you to have open conversations with a child's family about what you observe. The Toolkit can help guide your observations and suggest pathways for support that will help make these conversations with families a more positive and collaborative experience. And if you have any questions about this, please don't hesitate to reach out.
Any child under the age of three!
This toolkit will give you ideas and strategies around connecting with a child and helping them have longer conversations with you and their friends.
In particular, you may find it helpful for children with communication styles that may be less familiar to you, such as those with Autism, later talkers, children with English as a second language or children with developmental delays.
You're in the right place then!
With the toolkit you can quickly get the answers you need, when you need it. You only need 10 minutes a week. It's these short amounts of time over a few weeks that are going to make the difference, rather than learning heaps all in one go and not putting any of it into practice! The strategies recommended can be incorporated into your daily routines. We know your day is busy, and our suggestions factor this in!
All personal information is encrypted and stored in a secure data centre, ensuring that the privacy of the children is maintained.
We don't store any unnecessary information, and we certainaly don't sell or provide your information to any other party.
It's ok, we're here for you!
There is one dashboard you can use to access everything you need. You can tour each page with the click of a button and you can always email us to book a chat if you need some more support being guided through your first observation and learning program.
